LEGAL CLERK

We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above post.

Requirements:
  • Must possess at least SPM, STPM, or Diploma in related fields or equivalent.
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience in related fields.
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
  • Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, hardworking, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimum supervision and a team player.
  • Experience in conveyancing and land matters is an added advantage.

LEGAL EXECUTIVE

We are looking for a suitable candidate to fill the above post.

Requirements:
  • Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree in Law.
  • At least 1-3 years’ experience in legal practice or in-house counsel
  • Excellent in written and verbal communication (English and Bahasa Malaysia).
  • Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive, hardworking, resourceful, and able to work independently with minimum supervision and a team player.
  • Experience in telecommunication industry is an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • To draft, prepare, review, and advise on agreements, contracts, and other documents with legal repercussions.
  • To manage litigation matters, reviewing court documents and liaising with external solicitors.
  • To handle all inquiries relating to legal matters, provide legal opinions and proposals for resolution of legal issues to the Company.
  • To ensure compliance with corporate governance.
  • To always safeguard the interests of the Company.
  • To carry out any other duties as directed by the Management.
