International Private Leased Circuit (IPLC)

An IPLC (international private leased circuit) is a point-to-point private line used by an organization to communicate between offices that are geographically dispersed throughout the world. An IPLC can be used for Internet access, business data exchange, video conferencing, and any other form of telecommunication.

The network operates via diversified international routes, either through under-sea cable system, landline international cable systems or satellite.
IPLC ensure dedicated bandwidth and sophisticated software and hardware ensures complete security of customer communication and the flow of information remains confidential between two communication points.

IPLC provide a totally dedicated, highly secure clear channel with superior high speed with far greater reach than any of the other global services. Using only the latest and most advanced cable systems in the world, IPLC offers priority backup solutions that are automatically activated when necessary.

The IPLC solution supports a wide range of bandwidth options and interfaces, from 2Mb to multiple Gigabyte. The IPLC can be in both protected and unprotected service and diversity options provisioned over a facilities-based network with extensive reach.

Private Leased Line (PLL)

A Private Leased Line (PLL) is a private data connection securely connecting two or more locations with dedicated leased line data connectivity. A dedicated leased line circuit is a closed network data transport service which does not traverse the public Internet and is inherently secure with no data encryption needed.

PLLs are available in a range of bandwidth speeds from minimum 2Mb to multiple Gigabits line. PLL service provides unparalleled quality of service (QoS) as it is not a shared service and follows the same direct dedicated leased line network path every time.

PLL connectivity normally used by businesses to provide reliable, secure point to point data service for applications including credit card processing, file sharing, data backup, point to point VOIP, and video conferencing. PLL circuits can also be configured to carry voice, video, Internet, and data services together over the same dedicated leased line network connection.

IP Transit (IPT)

IP Transit is a Internet protocol transiting service provides high-speed, highly resilient broadband full BGP Internet table for ISPs, ASPs, CPs, telecoms and data center operators and corporates.

Internet routes in full BGP with high speed and high resistance bandwidth for Internet Service Providers, Telecommunications Operators and Data Centers, Applied Service Provider (ASP), and other companies.

CTTSB provides a high quality Internet access service to its customer, by connecting to upstream providers via Global Tier-1 IP Transit Services.

The Global Tier-1 IP Transit Services is an Internet Protocol (IP) network that connects North America, Asia, Australia and Europe to over fifty countries globally. It provides seamless Internet connectivity over a single Autonomous System (AS Number). It is a high speed, secured network that delivers reliable global IP services at low cost.

By connecting to the global Tier 1 IP backbone, customer will have seamless services from a single AS* worldwide network. Direct connection to major ISPs in many countries makes Internet access faster and minimizes distance delays. Customer can rely on a fully redundant IP backbone network structure.

CTTSB provides interconnection to these providers via its regional PoPs.

Dedicated Internet Access (DIA)

Dedicated internet access (DIA) is a private connection between company business and the web.

With Dedicated Internet Access, the received bandwidth is guaranteed 100% of the time as purchased with no sharing.

DIA do not have contention ratios usually found in broadband technologies and are completely private internet connections between organisation and the provider.

Unlike DIA, the broadband internet is “shared” with a contention ratio of probably 1:50. With shared connections, the actual speed is unpredictable and fluctuates throughout the day, depending on the ISP’s network traffic.

The DIA configuration is similar to IP Transit except that the provider promoting their local AS no for the IP services instead of other upstream provider IP.
